HASKO Announces New FSM Electric Feed Retrofit Upgrade

The unmatched production capacity, runtime efficiency and maintained accuracy of the HASKO FSM Match-Master have made it the side-matcher of choice for top-performing lines in the wood-flooring industry for over 20 years.

The new upgrade improves the HASKO FSM Match-Master’s speed control, reliability and uptime efficiency while also reducing preventative maintenance and operating costs. Since the system’s 40HP electric drive does not depend upon a single pump or motor, it operates with greater dependability and consistently delivers higher torque and improved operating efficiency at high and low feed rates. Its new and improved locking and shifting system is powered by an efficient vane pump with an electric motor that doubles the flow of an air/oil pump, eliminates the need for an accumulator and pneumatic power, and improves speed control for better face work.

New features include guarding and safety enhancements and state-of-the art touchpad controls with on-screen diagnostics. The upgrade also enables accurate integration and control feed speeds in FSM systems with advanced automation. Most consumable parts are in stock and ready for immediate shipment or available from local bearing and drive suppliers, with service and support available 24/7.
