INTANGIBLE VALUES

ASSOCIATED WITH A HASKO RECONDITIONED OR REBUILT MACHINE

EVALUATION---based upon our combined experience since 1930, we listen carefully to your goals and evaluate all possible machines to fit that need. Often we are able to make substantial cost-saving suggestions.

SET-UP---prior to shipping, the finished machine is set-up for basic operation. When possible, we will set the machine to your specifications and to run your product. It is not simply a commodity item. We initially take great pains to ensure full understanding of your particular application and arrange the machine to fulfill that need.

TESTING---upon completion of your machine, we welcome you to bring samples to test run in our factory. Together, we will fine-tune the operation and address all areas of question in order to provide a smooth installation and start-up at your plant.

TRAINING---we present the opportunity to familiarize your experienced personnel with the adjustments and maintenance of the completed machine. This informal session is held in our test area just prior to shipping and is available at your discretion.

MANUALS---at no extra charge we notify the original manufacturer to send you all available owner's manuals, parts manuals, operating instructions, and updated safety information pertaining to the serial number of your machine.

SHIPPING---we are happy to assist in locating a reliable and competitive source for transporting the machine to your location, and to ensure that the machine is properly prepared for shipment, to include: heavy skidding, boxing of loose parts, providing extra protection for sensitive attachments, shrink wrapping, oil coating exposed machined surfaces, and supervising the securing and placement on the carrier.

SUPPORT---you are not alone after the sale! As a privately owned company we welcome you to our family of satisfied customers and our full technical staff is available to assist you in any way possible, whether it is for troubleshooting, parts, suggestions, consultation for future projects, or field service at prevailing rates.

WARRANTY---although stated simply as a "return privilege", it means much more! It is actually like an insurance policy that is 100% backed by the reputation and reliability of HASKO. It virtually eliminates the risk of buying used, and allows the customer peace of mind to concentrate on other matters.
