MANUFACTURING
Hasko original parts are precisely machined in our own factory with the latest technologies in manufacturing and engineering to include 3-dimensional AutoCad and five Mazak C-N-C machining centers.
Two full-time inspectors maintain complete authority over the Quality Control Department and are accountable directly to our Company president.
DESIGN ENGINEERING
A team of experienced design engineers is on-staff to perform design analysis and evaluation for modifications, application and maintenance problem resolution, upgrades, reapplication, and redesign and remanufacturing to new ratings.
Our engineers are continually researching developing technologies with the ultimate goal of providing wear parts that never wear out!
RECORD KEEPING
Hasko maintains a comprehensive database of all machine models, serial numbers, parts lists, drawings, upgrades, and special customer configurations for the total life cycle of your machine.
As spares are required it is essential that reliable parts and services are readily available, and we do our utmost to ensure adequate stocks in our Tennessee plant.
