    Hasko Grading & Nesting Systems are designed to create a modern, less labor intensive method of handling the flow of strip and plank flooring upon exiting the end matching system and to expedite the grading, nesting, and shipping of final product. Through the use of automation and touch-screen interfacing, a single station is provided with the typical capacity to grade, nest, and record a multitude of data for about 5000 square feet of random length flooring per shift. The potential savings in labor cost alone are noticeably evident. Each system is personally designed to maximize your particular requirements.
