On January 21, 2005, Doug further announced that his second shift had achieved a NEW PRODUCTION RECORD of 300,000 lineal feet in 9.5 hours. First shift that same day had run 292,000 lineal feet. That's almost 600,000 lineal feet of flooring in ONE DAY!
